Description
Stipple-texture paper doesn’t teach you the technique of stippling — that’s a common misconception. Rather, this unique paper simulates stippling with its pebbled surface texture. With light pressure from a pencil, you’ll get evenly textured gradients that look more natural than plain pencil strokes.
Stipple paper is a favorite supply of tattoo artists, because the texture is similar to human skin. (The little bumps are approximately follicle-sized.) But tattoo design is far from the only use for this intriguing, soft-textured paper. You can do any dry media drawing on stipple paper, and it’s especially good for pastels and colored pencils.
