Teamac Marine Gloss
The single-component marine gloss paint is specially formulated to provide a high-gloss, durable finish that withstands the harsh conditions of marine environments. This paint is available in a variety of colours, making it ideal for both functional and decorative applications. The product is known for its excellent opacity and weather resistance, ensuring that surfaces remain protected and visually appealing even under challenging conditions.

Application Areas
This marine gloss paint is versatile and can be used on various marine structures, including bridge fonts, deck work, masts, and superstructures. It adheres well to properly prepared surfaces, providing a long-lasting finish that resists the effects of saltwater, UV radiation, and other environmental factors.

Application Instructions
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants before application. Existing painted surfaces should be cleaned, degreased, and sanded to create an adequate key for adhesion.
For best results, apply using a brush or roller. Airless spray can also be used, with a recommended nozzle size of 0.011 inches and a pressure of 1800 to 2000 psi.
Apply at temperatures above the dew point to avoid contamination. Ensure proper ventilation in confined spaces during application and drying.
Avoid applying in high humidity or low temperatures as these conditions can adversely affect drying and performance.

Limitations and Recommendations
While this marine gloss paint is highly versatile, it should not be used on surfaces that are prone to excessive movement or on flexible substrates. It is also not suitable for immersion service. For specific applications or if in doubt, always refer to the manufacturer’s data sheet.
