The Rose Nib feels more like a brush than a pen, with almost no pressure required to spread the tip and create wide, dramatic swells. With a gentle touch, you can also achieve fine hairlines with this popular dip pen.
We recommend the Rose Nib for intermediate to advanced users, since good hand control is required to handle such a soft pen.

Please note: Dip pen nibs are coated with a varnish that should be removed before use for best results. To remove the varnish, just dip the pen in ink and wipe it off, then repeat once or twice.
