The softest member of the Mitsubishi 9800 family is this 2B, an excellent choice for sketching or writing in bold strokes. The 2B lead is super dark and buttery smooth against paper. The green lacquer finish is smooth and pleasant to hold, and the gold foil stamp makes this humble object a little more eye-catching.
