Your choice of any fluorescent color neon gloss sign vinyl , a release liner is removed to expose the sticky adhesive layer. This rigid vinyl has white adhesive on the back. It is very flexible, can be wrapped around a pen. It does not stretch much, would not wrap around a ball without creasing.  This product does have some lot-to-lot color variations.

Color choices include;  Fluorescent Orange, Fluorescent Pink, Fluorescent Green, Fluorescent Yellow, Flo red, flo blue.

This vinyl is designed to cut and weed well on computer controlled vinyl cutters, including cricut cutters..
