Caroline Weaver (style icon, indie retail champion, and the author of two books about pencils) designed this six-pack of cedar pencils in collaboration with the fine folks at General Pencil in Jersey City, NJ. With dark, soft cores that sharpen to a fine point, Baseball Scoring Pencils are also great for writing and drawing.
This six-pack was a favorite at CW Pencil, the legendary pencil shop that Caroline operated on New York’s Lower East Side from 2014 to 2021. Her new venture is all about local retail and manufacturing, so it only made sense to bring back this Jersey-made classic for a new production run.
We love the look and feel of this pencil set, with its hand-drawn, pinstriped, Americana box art, its playfully juxtaposed typefaces, its gold ferrule & its bright red foil. Each slim box comes with six cedar pencils coated in clear lacquer. Pre-sharpened.
